Refund and Return Policy
Subject to the terms and conditions of the following paragraphs, all sales are final and P&M Artworks will not accept a return of any item.
P&M Artworks may, in its sole discretion, agree to accept a return. However, P&M will only consider returns that are requested by a purchaser by e-mail or facsimile within three (3) days of receiving the item. There are absolutely no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In such a case the purchaser must file a claim with the carrier.
In the event P&M Artworks agrees to accept a return, a full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the item in the same condition in which it was shipped. Additionally, in such event if the item was purchased with a credit or debit card, the purchaser will be assessed a $5.00 processing fee. All returned items must be fully insured. Returns that are sent without P&M Artworks prior knowledge and consent will be refused. P&M Artworks does not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
